Rates are negotiable, in general terms our quote will be High Season £700 ($1,100) Mid Season £550 ($850) Low Season £500 ($750) Pool heat if required - £12 ($20) per day All taxes and cleaning fees are included in the price unless the booking is for less than 5 days in which case a cleaning fee of $90 is chargeable.. All bookings are referred to our Managers for confirmations and payment, they will take a deposit at the time of booking and charge the balance 6 weeks before arrival.
