High Season: Jun-Aug + Dec 24-31 .. $1800/wk. Mid-Season: May and September: $1500/wk Rest Of Year: $1200/wk, $200/nt, 3-nt minimum stay. Saturday-to-Saturday wkly rentals only during high season. $150 cleaning fee. $25/nt pet fee if approved by owner. Rentor/head of party must be at least 25 years old. Four-wheel drive highly recommended during snow season. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
