7 night rates: $155 ~ 12/16 to 1/6/12 $140 ~ 1/7 to 1/31/12 $155 ~ 2/1 to 2/29/12 $140 ~ 3/1 to 3/31/12 $95 ~ 4/1 to 12/15/12 Deposit is refundable (less a $100 handling fee) only if e-mail cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival. Deposit is not refundable if cancellation occurs inside 60 days from arrival date. No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival date unless re-rented. No refunds for no shows or shortened stays. Less than 7 nights must be adjacent to an existing booking, leaving 7 nights open on one side.
