HIGH SEASON (Dec. 24, 2009, to April 14, 2010, & major holidays):
One-bedroom apartment:
- Daily: $175
- Weekly: $850
- Monthly: $3,100
Two-bedroom apartment:
- Daily: $195
- Weekly: $1,100
- Monthly: $3,750
LOW SEASON (April 15, 2010, to Dec. 23, 2010):
One-bedroom apartment:
- Daily: $165
- Weekly: $650
Two-bedroom apartment:
- Daily $190
- Weekly: $980
PLEASE NOTE:
- Major holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day weekends, and Christmas-New Year and Easter weeks.
- Daily rates require a two-night minimum for a one-bedroom apartment and a three-night minimum for two bedrooms except during major holidays, when a three-night minimum is required for all units.
- All prices are subject to 12% tax.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- A $100 deposit is rquired; the balance is due on arrival.
- Absolutely no pets allowed.
- All units are non-smoking.
- Check-out time is 9:00 AM.
Minimum Length of Stay: Two-three nights
