2010 Rates Description & Rental Policy

Flate Fee is CAD350/er day

Regular  Day is a three night minimum with no rate increase
Lond Weekend-A three night minimum with a CAD 50 rate increase
Spring Break- April- When booking a weekend stay, there is a 7 night minimum
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years- A four night minimum with a $50 increase per night for four of  your nights.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: All rates are based on stay with four guests. We charge a nominal fee of $50 per person per night for each additional guest over four, so that we do not penalize the smaller parties that want to stay in a more spacious home with certain features or amenities. Our property owners are sharing their personal vacation homes, so we appreciate your honesty about the number of guests which creates additional cleaning, a higher rate in utilities and wear on the property.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 am for the seawalk condo.

• A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.

• Last-minute bookings may be available, but the full rent and the security deposit will be due at the time of booking. The refund policies are the same as for regular bookings.
