Rates Description Davenport vacation Villa

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL OF ALOHA VILLA Confirmation of Booking Booking must be confirmed by completion of the ?Booking Form? and returned to owner with deposit payment. Booking will not be reserved until these are received. Reservations more than 10 weeks away - we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your booking with your booking form, with the balance due 10 weeks before arrival Reservations 10 weeks or less away - we require full payment to be made with your booking. Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Please note that credit card payments incur a 4% surcharge to reflect the fees we are charged by the credit card companies. Pool and spa heat must be requested at time of booking and included with the total cost. BBQ We provide a BBQ free for you to use however it is the responsibility of the guests to replace the gas if it is empty. leave it clean for the next guest, or $25 charge for cleaning. Thank you.
