This condo is located in the Pagosa Lakes area, just 3 miles from downtown Pagosa Springs and surrounded by breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains.

The main level contains a large but cozy carpeted living room with a gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling. This is open to the newly tiled dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar which is great for socializing while food is being prepared. Master bedroom has king bed & private bath. The second bedroom is next to the main floor bathroom. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & two twins. It also has its own bathroom.

All the linens are soft, high thread-count Egyptian cotton for the feel of a luxury hotel. Unit is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. There is a large covered porch in back that is perfect for an afternoon glass of wine, grilling and outdoor dining.

Condo is also furnished with flat screen T.V. in livingroom and master bedroom. There is also a television for video game playing in the loft upstairs.  There is plenty of room to gather as a family or to have adults downstairs while the kids play video games or watch a movie upstairs.l

There is much to do year-round.  Great skiing in the winter at Wolf Creek.  Fishing, hiking, golf, white water rafting, horseback riding and trail rides, spring, summer and fall.  The Durango Silverton train is less than an hour away.  Mesa Verde National Park, Taos, N.M. and Sante Fe are good day trips for those who want to see more of the Southwest.  The hot springs in downtown Pagosa offers much in the way of spas and pampering.  A terrific vacation spot!!!

Rental rates are based on occupancy and season.  50% Deposit required to reserve property.  Final payment is due thirty days prior to check-in.  Must cancel at least thirty days prior to recieve full refund of deposit.  A $200.00 (refundable) security deposit is required.  A $100.00 cleaning fee added to all rentals and is collected with final payment.  

Minimum Length of Stay: no minimum stay except "Specials"

The condo is walking distance to supermarket, shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlor, coffee shop with WiFi connection, video rentals and much more. Just a short drive to Pagosa "Healing Water" Natural Hot Springs spas, movie theatre, antique shops and more restaurants.  Golf course offers terrific opportunities for sledding in the winter. Ski and bicycle rental close by.  Pagosa Springs is close to Mesa Verde National Park. Wolf Creek ski area is a 25 minute drive away or Durango Mountain Ski Area is only a little more than an hour drive. The Durango to Silvertown narrow gauge railroad operates year round from Durango which is only an hour away.
