Please request non-smoking, or smoking-permitted accommodationsOpen mid-May thru mid-October by guided tour Built in 1865, this Second Empire "summer cottage," is one of the finest Victorian mansions in New England This vacation rental Villa is close to all the major attractions in Bennington Vermont It was home to two Vermont Governors, and its 35 rooms retain many original furnishings The grounds include a scale-model playhouse, original carriage barn with carriages, gardens, and a Victorian grapery It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1972 This is an excellent choice for vacation rentals in Bennington Vermont.
