We have a local property management firm providing pre-check-in cleaning, inspection, and 24-hour on-call maintenance. We are located on Wightman Lane considered to be the best location on the island. Walk to famous shelling beach and all restaurants,galleries and shops in the heart of the village in just 5 minutes. With everything nearby, you will never even get in your car. Relax in the large private hot tub and enjoy our outdoor dinning and lounging areas set in tropical gardens. Enjoy beach front sunsets just steps away. Our home welcomes kids and guests off all ages enjoy the property.Lots of activities are available on the island. Fishing, boating, boat charter, out island tours, sunset cruises, dolphin watch cruises as well as wonderful wildlife cruises. Bird watching, canoe and kayak thru the back bay, bike, golf, parasail, skate, shelling, Jet ski, marina.

Rates Description Captiva Island vacation Home

Season rate December 15th to April 30th $ 2500 per week plus 11%FL tax and $55 booking fee

Off season rate May 1st to December 14th. $ 1500 per week plus 11%FL tax and$55 booking fee

Contact owner for special discounted rates and last minute bookings.

pet fee $150 per stay

Minimum Length of Stay: 5 nights
