Condo 817 is located within Top of the Gulf Suites, situated right on the beach off of Thomas Street.   Condo features 2 full size beds, 1 fold out futon, fully equiped kitchen, full bathroom, walk in closet with chest of drawers,bar area with 1 bar stool, kitchen table with 4 chairs, full floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf, beach, and private pool area.  Condo Suite is on the 8th floor and you will have perfect viewing of the magnificent sunsets and sunrises over the gulf.  Laundry facilities on the 8th floor, making it convenient to get your laundry done. There is no smoking inside the condo, however, if you are a smoker, you can step out of the room and use the open area balcony.   Linens are not provided, so please bring your own linens, pillows, and towels.  Coffee maker, microwave, alarm clock. color tv with cable,  and wifi internet available in the lobby of Top Of The Gulf Suites.

Deposit of $150 is due 3 weeks prior to rental.  Deposit is refundable when room key is returned..  Condo rental fee is due 1 week prior to rental. Cancellation within 1 week of booking rental will result in full deposit refund.  Cancellation within 1 week of rental date will result in only receiving 1/2 of the deposit refunded.  Parking pass is $15 at the gate or can be obtained at the 2nd floor office Monday-Friday.  Please allow enough time between rental and depost paid to receive the key. (Key will be mailed to you upon receopt of deposit and/or rental fee..
