Rates Description Pigeon Forge vacation Cabin
Reservation Policy :
The first night rental amount due at time of reservation. the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to arrival date. Rental Agent reserves the right to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guest to vacate the premises with no refund.
Cancellations:
We will issue a full refund of your deposit, for reservations cancelled 15 days prior to your arrival date.
Check-In: After 3:00 P.M.
Check-Out: 10:00 A.M.
Accepted Forms Of Payment:
Guests are responsible for all rental rates, taxes, and fees. Accepted forms of payment are: Travelers Checks, Cashier Checks, or Money Order.
Pets and Smoking Policy:
Smoking is NOT permitted in cabin. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck ONLY. An ash can is provided for butts, PLEASE do not flick or toss cigarette butts or any other items off the cabin deck.
Hot Tub Rules:
Hot tubs are drained, cleaned, reflilled and chemically sanitized pror to each guests' arrival. Please leave Bromine floater in the hot tub at all times. When hot tub is not in use, please leave cover on so water will stay warm and debris will stay out.
Minimum Length of Stay: 3 days
