Our 3-bedroom home sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnisquam.  When you enter the front door you will be amazed at how open and spacious, yet warm and inviting our home is.  The living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood flooring and lots of oversized windows to let the natural sunlight in.  The house is open concept with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining room area which makes it great for family gatherings and entertaining.  The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for a quick snack or less formal meal for the kids.  There is a large deck off of the dining room that comes complete with patio furniture, a grilling area and stairs that lead to the docks and beach area.

All rentals are subject to a $100.00 Cleaning Fee

All rentals are subject to a Refundable $300.00 Security Deposit**
