THE BUILDING: Coronado Bay is located fifty minutes away from the Panama City’s downtown, in Playa Coronado, one of the most exclusive areas in development of the Pacific in Panama. Playa Coronado is a private community on water’s edge, ideal destination for the weekend, but also perfect for living sort of a resort lifestyle. Apartments available for rent and for sale, featuring the best finishes, imported pottery kitchens and granite tops, social bathroom, laundry area and off course, strategically located balconies so that the spectacular landscapes and the Pacific Ocean can be part of your day to day life. In the social area, residents and visitors will be surprised with the magnificent infinity swimming pool that melts with the sea, and is surrounded by an area designed to deliver an ultimate relaxation experience; we also have the private beach club concept, with beach chairs and towels service. The tower also has three high speed elevators to guarantee fast and easy access, and an useful service elevator. The security service works 24 hours per day. APARTMENTS: We have 1 and 2 bedroom spacious apartments with sofa beds in the living room. All the apartments have breathtaking panoramic ocean and mountain views. Every apartment has a balcony. All the master bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet and queen sized bed. The apartments have a comfortable living and dining room area, a complete guest bathroom, an open kitchen layout with Stainless steel appliances, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker and all plates and utensils, Washer and Dryer. Every apartment includes a plasma TV with Cable, and Internet, and each apartment comes with a private parking space. ABOUT PANAMA: In Panama there are only 2 seasons the rainy season and the dry season. During the dry season it barely ever rains. During the rainy season it rains 4 or 5 times a week for a short period of time in Panama city. During the rainy season it only rains 1 or 2 times a week for a short period of time in Coronado, because in that region there is a different micro climate, but the ocean stays warm all year around and the temperature stays the same all year around, it is never cold. 5 - ExcellentThe apartment is awesome it is right on the beach and has 2 great pools with an awesome gym. There are restaurants everywere. The building has a hotel part and the hotel restaurant delivers directly to your apartment. The apartments have everything from a toaster to coffee and tee. All the rooms are air conditioned. It was the best vacation i have had in a while. The view is spectacular and the beach is always warm. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
